Vonage Complaints

The complaints center at Vonage have a code of practice to provide customers with up to date information about their products and services, and also to help customers contact them if they have any technical or customer care questions or general enquiries.

Vonage have an up to date code of practice to help handle complaints.

Customer satisfaction with their service is of the utmost importance to Vonage. All members of the Vonage staff are aware of the code of practice and will follow the code at all times to make sure that any Vonage complaints or queries are dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. This Code has been produced as part of Vonage's obligations as a Communications Provider under the Communications Act 2003 and has been approved by the UK communications regulator, Ofcom.

Vonage review the code of practice quarterly to ensure it is up to date and reflects any changes in their business. To help any Vonage customers with special needs this code and any of the Vonage literature is available in large print, braille or audio format. If customers need help with any of their special needs, they can contact Vonage customer services by telephone on 0800 652 5099.

 



Vonage Complaints

Vonage is a registered member of Otelo which is approved by the communications regulator, Ofcom, for the handling of consumer disputes. Otelo is an independent approved dispute resolution service and is set up to resolve customer disputes.

The Vonage Complaints Department are also committed to the privacy of their customers and those who access their website and to comply with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 they ensure that data collected by Vonage is processed properly.
